With over 20 years of experience in the fragrance and product development industry, Erika brings deep expertise in scent creation and formulation. She has worked across global brands developing fragrances and consumer products, and currently teaches fragrance within the cosmetic science program at the University of Cincinnati. This experience allows her to translate the art and science of perfumery into an intuitive, elevated experience designed for everyone to enjoy.
